Smart Farms (Greenhouse and Open yard)
Construction of the smart greenhouses would be commenced by March 1st of 2025 . Open yard farming would be either conventional or modern farming. The selection of method and technology implemented would consider the market condition and needs.
Fruit Processing Facilities and Chocolate Factory
(near future development) TS Agri is projected to be the center of fruit-based industry in Bali. We plan to have 100 hectares of cocoa plants and various fruits and spices inside the land boundary which would be the main source of raw materials . Other materials would be collected from the farmers of the surrounding villages.
Hotel and Glamping
(future development) There are so many things to see and to do in the plantation area. One day would not be enough to experience those all. A place to stay longer would be necessary.
Restaurant and Culinary Complex
A restaurant is already in place to serve. In the future, more types of culinary would be made available - from popular meals to fine dining - and more restaurants would be built.
Composting Facilities and Goat Farming
The plantation deploys a fully circular economy and as far as possible and practical would be organic. Therefore composting facility is a necessity. The goat farms are required to provide essential raw materials for composting. Other materials are available abundantly at the field.
Functions Hall and Vocational Center
(near future development) TS Agri is projected to be the center of excellence in plantation, agroindustry and ecotourism in Bali, to accumulate expertise from the academic institutions, experience of practitioners and wisdom of the local tradition in order to improve the current practices into more effective and efficient ways of plantation, agroindustry and ecotourism. TS Agri would build places and arrange events where discussion, brainstorming, education and training, and exhibition could take place.
Healing Center and Yogashala
(future development) Bali is known for its traditional healing and yoga practices .The organic plantation at TS Agri and its hilly landscape facing the ocean would be perfect ingredients to blend with. It makes TS agree an ideal place for yoga and traditional healing practice.
Shopping Plaza
(future development) The place where visitors could see and buy products of TS Agri and the surrounding villagers and also the place for product exhibitions and cultural art performance
